This plant is probably not the first that comes to mind when you're thinking about ferns. The Bird's Nest Fern displays glossy light green foliage with jagged tips. It receives its quirky name due to its fronds (located in its rosettes), which resemble bird eggs.
CARE:
- When watering, avoid the rosette (centre of the plant) because it acts as a cradle for water and can cause the plant to rot.
- Does best in medium-high humidity and dappled light
