These are one of those "conversations starter" houseplants. Your guests will undoubtedly be curious about this odd-looking fern. The fuzzy little "rabbit's feet" are rhizomes, which serve both a decorative and functional role for the plant. These little feet hang over the sides of the basket, giving it a quirky appearance and also helps move moisture and nutrients to other parts of the plant.
