CARE:
- Does best with consistent bright, indirect light but can tolerate periods of lower light. Avoid the strong afternoon sun, which can scorch the delicate leaves. However, a few hours of direct light in the morning or late afternoon can be beneficial.
- Thrives in warmth and humidity and sensitive to cold so keep away from drafty windows, heaters, and airconditioning vents.
- Allow the top 1/4-1/3 of the soil to dry out before watering.
- Do not keep the soil soggy as this can lead to root rot.
- Avoid allowing the soil to dry out completely. The plant may be forgiving the first couple of times this happens, but it is stressful for the plant.
- Regular pruning encourages bushier growth and helps maintain its shape. Remove any yellowing or leggy branches.
