Refund policy

All live plants, potting media, fertilizers and DIY Kits are FINAL SALE. Accessories (such as pots, art, macrame, etc) can be exchanged within 14 days (in the same condition they were purchased).

That being said, we hate to see customers unhappy! Whether you've received your plants via local delivery or shipping, please reach out to us at info@houseofplants.ca with the email with subject "NOT SATISFIED WITH PURCHASE" along with a brief description. Please include photos of the plant(s) for us to assess. We'll try our best to make things right!

Always remember to take a moment to inspect your plants upon pickup to ensure everything is correct and that you're happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please let us know immediately.
