The Spider Aloe displays a compact and spiky appearance. Its small rosettes are formed by fleshy, triangular leaves with soft spines along the edges and surfaces, giving it a textured, almost cobweb-like look, hence its name.
CARE:
- Thrives in bright, indirect light or direct sunlight for a few hours daily. Place near a sunny window for optimal growth. It's normal for the leaves to exhibit a purple tint with increased exposure to light and warmth.
- Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly during the winter months when growth slows.
- When repotting, use a well-draining succulent mix to prevent waterlogging.
- Low humidity is ideal.
