Picking up your order from the store

If I order for store pick up, when will my order be ready?

At the checkout screen, please select "Pick up from store."  Next, please choose a slot. You can select your preferred day for pickup or delivery. 

This feature also allows us to prepare orders appropriately. If you know you're not planning to come for several days, we can ensure your plants are adequately cared for in the meantime. This way, your plants can be packed up shortly before arrival to minimize their time in a (dark) bag. 

For orders placed before 7 pm EST, customers can schedule for pick up as early as the next business day (when the shop is open). 

*If you require same-day pickup, please request in the "additional notes" section, noting the timeframe you would like to pick up your order or call us at 613 421-8877. 

You'll receive an email reminder (on your selected pickup day) that your order is ready for pickup. If you did not receive it, please double-check your junk folder. 

Shop Hours:

• Wednesday-Friday: 11 am-7 pm
• Saturday/Sunday: 10 am-4 pm
• Monday/Tuesday CLOSED
