If you're picking up your order, please take a moment to inspect your plants to ensure that everything is correct and that you're happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please let us know immediately.

If you've received your plants via local delivery or shipping, please reach out to us via email at info@houseofplants.ca with the subject "NOT SATISFIED WITH PURCHASE," along with a brief description. Please include photos of the plant(s) for us to assess and we will work to resolve the issue.

Accessories such as pots, art, macrame, etc. can be exchanged within 14 days (in the same condition they were purchased)
