The Burro's tail is a species of succulent native to southern Mexico. It displays pendulous stems adorned with fleshy leaves. The leaves are typically bluish-green and grow densely along the stems, giving the plant a distinctive appearance resembling a cascading tail, hence its name. This Sedum can be propagated easily from the stem or the leaf, making it a popular choice for succulent enthusiasts.
CARE:
- Loves to be in a spot that consistently receives bright light combined with a few hours of direct sun
- Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings
- Does well with household humidity or drier environments
- Prune the plant as needed to maintain its desired shape and size. Remove leggy stems to encourage new growth and to promote a fuller appearance.
