This plant's serrated leaves bare a resemblance to a fish skeleton, hence its name. This cactus is ultra-low maintenance and easy to propagate. Like most other succulents, it thrives on neglect. Leave in a bright spot and let it be!
CARE:
- Allow soil to nearly dry out entirely between watering
- Does best in bright indirect light and can tolerate a few hours of direct sun daily
- Orange colour along the outer leaves can develop with increased light exposure
- Make baby fishbone cactus to share with family and friends via stem cuttings. Leave it on a counter for a few days to allow it to callus before placing it into the soil.
