Lipstick Plant (Aeschynanthus Pulcher) 4” pot

This Lipstick Plant features rounded, and dark green with a somewhat velvety texture that grows densely along the stems. This creates a lush appearance and heavy cascade that makes this beauty ideal for tapered or suspended planters. The tubular flowers are a rich, deep red and emerge from dark maroon calyxes, resembling a tube of lipstick,  adding a pop of colour against the dark foliage.The leaves often develop a purple hue with consistent exposure to light.

CARE:

• Thrives with consistent bright, indirect light. A few hours of morning sun can be beneficial. Too little light may reduce flowering, while prolonged exposure to direct midday sunlight can scorch the leaves.
• Allow 1/3-1/2 of the topsoil to dry out before watering. Avoid keeping soil constantly wet, as this plant is sensitive to soggy roots.
• Moderate humidity is appreciated but this plant can adapt to household humidity.
