Burgundy Rubber Fig (Ficus Elastica), 5" Pot

This Ficus is a trendy indoor plant and a gorgeous botanical addition to any room. Its dark, glossy, and hardy foliage is irresistible. Its low-maintenance reputation makes it suitable for green and black thumbs alike.

CARE:

• It appreciates humidity, but it can adapt to household humidity 
• Flexible with light-can tolerant periods of low light but does best with consistent medium-bright indirect light 
• A few hours of direct light (especially in the morning) is beneficial for the plant, but it is important not to expose it to long periods of direct afternoon sun during our peak summer months, as this can burn its leaves. 
• Water when the first 1/3-1/2 of the top soil is dry. 
• In the warmer months, this plant is a much heavier drinker, so water accordingly!
• Wipe-down leaves maintain its gloss and help the plant absorb optimal light.
